Utility Customer Service
The Customer Service/Utility Billing Department is located in City Hall at 1134 North Fraser Street. Customer Service handles requests to turn-on and turn-off utility service for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Customer Service also answers questions you may have about your utility bill or business license.
Customers requesting service you may complete the utility application and apply for service in person at City Hall. Please bring a photo identification and proof of ownership or lease agreement.
